I am a front-end web developer passionate about creating accessible, intuitive interfaces that make technology more inclusive and impactful. Most recently, I worked at Matsmart - Motatos, a grocery e-commerce company dedicated to eliminating food waste. There, I was involved with enhancing the shopping experience and improving customer engagement by leveraging experiment-driven development and A/B testing to measure and optimize impact.
I primarily work with JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience spanning front-end frameworks like React and Next.js, as well as back-end tools such as Express, NestJS, and Node.js. I thrive in collaborative environments, working with people from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about creating meaningful solutions to complex issues.
I feel lucky to have grown up between two cultures—living in the Bay Area until I was 12 and then moving to Stockholm, Sweden. I think this shaped my ability to adapt and appreciate different perspectives. Adaptability and curiosity have been central to my journey, both personally and professionally.
Before diving into web development, I explored a creative path in art and music. I played in bands, ran a graphic design and screen-printing business called Phonofidelic, and studied art and printmaking at the College of Printmaking Arts in Stockholm. My artistic endeavors led me to question meaning-making processes, which sparked my interest in philosophy and linguistics. Studying these disciplines at Stockholm University introduced me to formal logic and semantics—concepts that later drew me to programming.
Web development became a natural extension of my curiosity. It allowed me to see abstract ideas materialize into functional applications. Since beginning my journey in 2014, I’ve tackled challenging problems and built tools that I’m proud to use. What excites me most about this field is the endless opportunity to learn and grow with each new challenge.
